Hey there! Quick thought exercise for you: Think back to your childhood.
A game you played outdoors, racing with friends, a sport you took part in. Recall how you gave it your all, pushed hard and simply connected with the sport. Be it pedalling downhill, or feeling the rush of a win, just how much fun it was being tired and dirty but refusing to go home because it was all you ever wanted to do!
Now think, can you imagine that kind of a dedication to a sport with your current schedule? — Don’t bother, we know.
